I just checked out the poll. I'm happy to see that some of these polls are getting more technical, that the OP provided a link to the results, and that the poll was done in a Google doc!

The content is somewhat technical, if you don't have an opinion on the increase of the block size limit you should probably pass on contributing. The OP would benefit from not having unqualified opinions clouding the results.
