try btcgig. I don't use it but they claim to have those kinds of microjobs.
bitcointalk also have plenty of microjobs like that occasionally (in the form of giveaways).

Services section is best place as far as looking to be hired for a service. People will post things they need and look for certain skill. I do agree with some that posted sig campaign can be beneficial if used right. It also pay's better then faucets. Faucets are a waste of time in my opinion.

Those microjobs for me never work... I think it's because country, but it's hard to find something allowed for me and when i find, it pays very low amounts. So i prefer faucets than that.

Micro-Jobs aren't scam, but depending where you live it doesn't give you good rewards or offers. Hard to live only with internet jobs payments... Here it's a good place to earn extra money amounts. Here on Bitcointalk Forum, you can join a Signature Campaign when you reach to Jr. Member rank and start earning by each post done. In Services section you can find some offers, if you know how to do that you can accept one and receive for the job (most service offers need designers, programmers... Sometimes easiest offers appear there, so always good to give a look there).

I am not very sceptical, but I really think you would be better off.. doing small tasks and getting paid in fiat for that and then buy BTC with that. These microjob sites are a total waste of time and sometimes they do not even pay. I would wash dishes in a restaurant and make more money per hour, than you would make in a week doing these micro jobs. I am just making an suggestion, but it depends on your circumstances. { You might be disabled or something else might force you to search for these jobs, so it's totally based on your personal circumstances. }
