You can not compared Bitcoin and Nxt in my opinion. They use different concepts and follow and address different purposes. You should rather see it as alternatives which enrich each other.

NXT looks like a complete joke, I don't know about anyone else but DGEX isn't even working at all right now (can't log in, can't contact support).

DGEX is not part of the NXT core... and is a private project fallen on hard times.
You can't this stoopid... so you are obviously trolling.

As for the NXT core, I've done at least 1,000 tx without a single incident.
So it's rock solid if you are remotely computer literate.

Yes, there is a learning curve... comparable to learning Facebook or an iPhone...
And the community is by far the best I've seen among crypto forums.

DGEX is a part of NXT, though.  It's an exchange, one that apparently has ripped me off to the tune of 5300+ NXT.

Does anyone know how an email address for anyone at DGEX?

DGEX is not part of NXT.  It is just an exchange.  Try messaging the owner of DGEX, Graviton, on the NXT forum.  Maybe, he will respond.  I understand how upsetting it is to lose money, but in the future don't store money on an exchange.  Good luck.
