faucet is already there..there is "free bitcoin" button on the left of the page under the provably fair button.
as what stated in OP, you can get 200satoshi/5minutes so you can try it for free without any risks.

You're automatically registered as soon as you arrived at the website, then you have to save the "unique" web link for re-accessing later. Maybe there is a option to create a login info? i don't know because only have tried it in mobile with default browser.

i think they dont offer to exchange between currencies for withdraw in another because there is no option to do that, design is simple and cool with unique betting concept, affiliate system will be up soon and that plus point to catch early bird for this site.

i also didn't see any option to login using username and password after clear the cookies from the browser and no option to recover the password with email, i think that site is still in beta mode and many things are under construction so that option will be available within few days and one suggestion about house edge is quite high so reduce it to 1%.

I had a link generated the first time I logged in, seems thats the only way for now to log in . But since they had us input all the details like username and password,  it would not make sense to not have a log in window on the site.

Also , just realized that when I was about to close the tab of the site, it prompted me to save the link to login , so it might be that there might never be a login option, and you will have to use the link to login every time you use a new window or have your cookies deleted.
And on trying to use the site with TOR , it asked me to solve a captcha for which the image didn't load and therefore I couldn't access the site with TOR.
