Looking for someone with programming skills to work with us on an existing mining pool to get some immediate updates done:

Move from NOMP to UNOMP (NOMP has been customized for this pool a bit so programming understand is a must)
Add more coins
Get payouts automated
Add support for some other algos like sha256 and quark.

If you know what you are doing then what I have detailed so far should tell you if you are qualified

Want someone with the right skills and would prefer an ongoing working relationship. If however you are looking just to do a quick job that would be fine too. Please send a PM so we can discuss the details of the project.

Sorry.. forgot to mention would also like to have better reporting for our site. Hoping that will come out of UNOMP, but may require some programming to convert our payouts from BTC.

Thanks!
