every account is linked with one bank only, so there is no point for them to have more than one iban, the factor that change is usually the swift code based on the location of the branch of the bank
I have bank accounts with multiple IBANs attached. See

LeuPay for example.
So I guess it wouldn't be too hard for an exchange to have this in place for their customers.
