I was checking the google Document just now and I don't understand how the bonus is made ? I'am on the top posters and I guess there is people who posted constructive posts less then me and they got the bonus while I didn't ? I don't want to seem grateful or anything , just asking because on "Post count" tab I seem to be highlighted with green , while I have no bonus on the Payments page and the others do .

I am sure ndnhc will look into this issue, once he is back online a bit later today.

Your posts were graded C1. That isn't good enough for a bonus, I got a B3 & didn't get one either.

Yep, it is with grades and quality. But quantity matters too. You can't win a bonus with just the only 1 quality post over a week.
Bonus is taken from ranking made by judging the eligibility of the posts made.

Was confused for a moment, since technically, it should be hero member in the spreadsheet since I had updated it already  
Now, I see this:

It should be hero member not sr. member. Will be looking into this now. It might mean the post count not updated too, so I will add a new column with final post count, so that you can know the real post count if there are any issues.

The data seems to come from a previous version of the site:
instead of the real-time version of the site.

That is there will be a delay involved in getting data of how many posts you have made as well as your rank.

It will have no effect on your post counts or payment you will receive. The spreadsheet post counter is simply given so that you can keep track of it.
Post counting and payment is completely independent of any delays of the spreadsheet.

Moving to the next member level - from full to Sr. or Sr. to Hero, the change will be updated on or before Friday, so that any delays are taken into account.
The rank on the date in which the post counting is made is the only one relevant. Just to clarify, if you are a Sr. member, and in the spreadsheet it is a Full member for a first days, and later updated to the real one, you will be paid at the Sr. level for all posts made.

If someone else's rank has been changed but not yet updated, then it is not fixed..




I have received an advise from an anonymous friend asking me to improve the clarity while explaining ratings' working to allow enrollees improve their posting standards.

Well, ratings of the post quality are decided by the managers (bf4btc, mainly) based on the quality of posts, constructiveness, relevancy, consistency, quantity, and a few other factors.
Ratings are important because:
1. Though rating and bonus rankings are independently done to an extent, they are correlated. Better rating = More chance for bonus.
2. Higher LP addition.
3. Very low chance of getting removed, even if you remain inactive for a short period, etc.

I have checked out a few alternatives - Excel, ZOHO, but the importhtml function is not available with any of them. We got to stick with Google Spreadsheet anyway, lol.

I think you should think about adding these more clear rules to the OP. Not only that but you should specify more clear the exact boards where to write and where not to write, where not all posts are counted, what happens with own threads and and and. There are so many rules that are mentioned in the thread but not in the OP. And that has already led to a big amount of requests that could be saved otherwise.

At least thats my impression.

By the way... why are the post counts still the old one even though already the payment was sent? Edit: I reloaded the script and its corrected now. Google script must have been hanged up? Didnt have this before.

Yeah, I have lots of edits to make in the OP and the subsequesnt posts including FAQ. If I add everything in the thread, it will be too long. I think, I will rather stick on to relevant ones, and deal with the others. The issue with the longer OP is that most of the participants won't be reading everything.
I will look into it asap.

I am having some new weird issues with it too. Mostly regarding updating. Hopefully, most seems to be fixed now.
