Here me out.... obviously this likely could end up in prison/fines but imagine this:

- You pubically announce in good time before next year that you no longer wish to pay taxes via force.

- You donate the exact amount of tax you'd usually pay to the gov but send it direct to the services the gov does.  You research the services as much as possible to get it right.

- You keep a public diary of everything of what you are doing - your earnings and what you've paid to each service.  Perhaps a youtube channel is best.  You could even document each public service and how they do great work for society.

So.... the goal is to not have taxes taken via force but you pay exactly the same to society to prove you are a decent human and force not needed.  The hope would be the public react strongly to this and you get a decent following.

I like where you are going with this, but IMO there are more legally compliant ways of doing this. For example, if you organized a tax deductible nonprofit to promote cryptocurrency education, then you could each year donate the maximum allowed deductible amount to this nonprofit, and get others to do the same. This would help grow the cryptocoin economy while also removing as much money as legally possible from the hands of those that waste it, with little to no representation being offered to you in return.

ok cool and could do that its something new to me what you suggest but you still have some money taken from you via force or threat of force via gov for the other taxes you pay.

If i wasn't in a long term relationship and had a bigger set of balls i would be tempted to do what i said and see what happened.  The jokes in them to throw you in prision if you follow the steps or similar imo.

This isn't a new idea. There are several ways people have successfully or unsuccessfully avoided paying applicable taxes. One I read was paying any taxes you 'should' have to pay to a charity instead of the gov. Of course some countries will still try to prosecute you but some may let you off. Of course there's also the issue that if everybody did this nothing would get paid for so it's always swings and roundabouts.

I agree with you, and would like to add some more on that, Tax and Donation are two different topic, It is hard to believe that nowadays tax and donation got mixed, tax to be payed for the services and security provided to business or Job we are into. Donation is a voluntary gift as of money or help services to the human, poor and needy people. Hope they understand these differences.

There is one thing that everybody misses in this. It is the fact that if there was nobody in government, nobody in the IRS and nobody in law enforcement, who is it that would require you to pay taxes?

Imagine that there was nobody in government, but imagine at the same time that on the government and IRS paperwork it was required that you pay 90% income taxes or the required penalty was death. What are you going to do if you don't pay the taxes? Are you going to execute yourself just to remain legal? After all, there isn't anybody in government to do it. If that's the case, why didn't you just pay the tax?

If there is nobody in government, who cares what the government paperwork says? There isn't anyone to enforce the government paperwork. The paperwork means nothing.

If your neighbors think you should pay the taxes, and they enforce the tax law on you, they they have taken on the job of being government. But, in the face of no government PEOPLE, who in the world cares what government says?

The point is, government doesn't ever do anything to anybody. Only people do things to people. If people who happen to be in government require that you pay, then it is people who are harming you by taking your property. Your attack must be a defense against the people, not the government, nor the government office. It is people who are harming you.

BUT,BUT,BUT... The absolute first thing you must do is make sure that you remain out from under their jurisdiction. Their jurisdiction is by agreement with them. If you have some form of agreement with them, such agreement just might make you liable for the tax. Check the wording of all agreements you have with government to see if your agreements make you liable for the taxes, like filing a W-4 form or 1040. It's the agreements that make you liable, not their solicitation letters that they send you if you don't file or pay.

In America, if you require it, you have to be judged on harm or damage (injury). If you require it, and no man/woman accuses you of harming them bodily, and no man/woman accuses you of damaging or stealing their property (injury), you win, provided you haven't violated an agreement. Even if they accuse you of harm or damage/injury, they must show the damage/injury and/or harm, and they must prove that it was you that did it to them. The legal term is corpus delicti, and it is required by all law in America if you demand it.

Google and Youtube search on "Karl Lentz common law" and study.

Most people are stupid, self centred and short sighted. That's why the government would nail you to the wall even if you were terribly diligent about it. They know they have to force people to pay otherwise the tap runs dry.

I guess not all think like that if the flow of funds from tax payments clear go to where, as in some countries that I can not mention them is not a problem with higher taxes because later they will be able to enjoy it.

Tax is not donation. It is compulsory contribution.

FYI.

Look at the definition of "tax"from http://www.dictionary.com/browse/tax?s=t:
tax
[taks]

noun

1. a sum of money demanded by a government for its support or for specific facilities or services, levied upon incomes, property, sales, etc.

2. a burdensome charge, obligation, duty, or demand.
verb (used with object)

3. to demand a tax from (a person, business, etc.).
to demand a tax in consideration of the possession or occurrence of (income, goods, sales, etc.), usually in proportion to the value of money involved.

4. to lay a burden on; make serious demands on:
to tax one's resources.

5. to take to task; censure; reprove; accuse:
to tax one with laziness.

6. Informal. to charge:
What did he tax you for that?

7. Archaic. to estimate or determine the amount or value of.
verb (used without object)

8. to levy taxes.

Notice that the wording in the definition includes or points at the word "demand." Taxation is not voluntary. Taxation is forced. If it were voluntary, it would be donation, not something that could be demanded.

In the USA, Britain, Canada, and Australia, taxation is voluntary. How can this be? since the word tax means something that isn't voluntary, but rather is forced? It means that the people voluntarily allow themselves to be forced into it.

Any time you are interested, go here http://www.youtube.com/user/765736/videos?view=0&live_view=500&flow=grid&sort=da or here https://www.youtube.com/user/765736, and find all the videos that have the word "IRS" in their title, and find out that you aren't even required to pay income taxes.

What this means is, that if you don't use the available way to opt out of income and property taxes, then you are being taxed voluntarily.

Cool
