*cough cough* not a real issue if you just ran linux......

git clone XXX
cd XXX
qmake
make

sexy client from source thats going to work right on your system.

when was the last time you checked a compiled windoze exe vs the published source? you have no idea what the shit you are installing.

just sayin.
Wouldn't be possible to compile it on win10 using mingw? If anything I suppose a windows user can run a VM if they needed to.

For me, it runs smoothly, better than windows 7, even on a Dual Core laptop runs fine.

And this tool is a must https://github.com/10se1ucgo/DisableWinTracking/releases

I think the best strategy would be wait a little, Windows 10 is too new system  Wink Windows 8 currently is in use for all software, so after a time Windows 10 will be more popular Grin

I think the best way would be, to ignore Microsoft and their bloated software.. there are endless forks of linux version which are even better then Windows.
if this keeps going on, there is no microsoft after some time..

Thanks you for all informations.
It is indeed nightmare, luckily i don't automatic update the win 7.
Guys, let learn linux system now!

Depending what you do on your PC, there is not much to learn with Linux. But to test it, better to install it in virtualbox first, and see if you like it. Also you can check many distros easily in virtualbox, before you decide to do normal installation.

I actually recomend the reverse. Run GNU/Linux as the host and run Windows in a VM. The idea is to sandbox Windows and its built in spyware, while being able to run the odd Windows only application.

Hey, guys.
I am interested to update my office 2013 to 2016.
But, do office 2016 have the privacy problems like window 10?

PS: I am still using old win 7 without any addition packs mentioned in this post.
