Hi! Main account was 15000 XARBT left that werent distributed. Those are NOT for selling.
If you look at here: https://explorer.horizonplatform.io/?page=account&id=11105382376615680098 you can see that the rest of tokens are there.
Hope thet you still have your tokens because soon you will get ArgenBits for that tokens!

But it looks like the user who posted it is been idle.

In the other side, you are correct, there are only 290, is doesnt sync cause there are no more blocks afther that one. Looks like nobody is mining hours ago.
