why my activity is not increasing??

i have beenhere a long time and i bought this account a month ago..
i have been regularly posting good comments in alt coin section but i see my activity is not increasing,

i remember that once md.Zakir said in one of the thread that your potential = no of days the account has been.
and potential means that you can increase the activity by just posting..
please i want to know how it really works and whats is the problem with me??

Activity rise is slow. Your rank goes up if you actively use your account over a period of months.  It is not just number of days, post amount is required too.

Yes, if you are active for a few months the activity should go up. That is, even if you do not post daily as long as you have the minimum amount of posts. Activity goes up every 2 weeks.  If not, something is wrong with the account. The rise between Brand New and Full Member takes 5 months I think. I never heard of potential activity before, what is it?

@Gultahin potential activity is when your activity is limited by post count. And you can get more of it by posting. Activity is the maximum between post count and number of 2 week periods you posted on multiplied by 14. Normally you only get 14 activity every 2 weeks. If you posted in those 2 weeks and have more posts than activity.

You don't have any potential activity. You can get 1 point per day up to 14. You won't get another 14 points until the next activity period which starts next Tuesday then it's every two weeks after that.

Every 2 weeks , you're given 14 potiental activities. You need at least 1 post to earn those potiental activities . If you're posting more than 14 activities it's still only can earn 14 activites and wait for the next 2 weeks. But if you're not , it will keep saving until you post enough 14 posts. The potiental still plus in to your activites every 2 week if you're keep posting even your post are not equal the potiental activities.

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

For example, if in a 14 day period you post 14 posts, you gain +14 activity.
If you post 2 posts in a 14 day period, you gain +2 activity.
If you don't post at all in a 14 day period, you don't gain activity.
However, if you post 15 or more posts in a 14 day period, you still gain only +14 activity.

Had any posts deleted? Or maybe posts in threads that were deleted? If those were the only ones you had in one of the 2 week periods you lost those 14 points.

If you didn't understand with the previous explanations don't worry about it. There is nothing you can do to increase activity faster anyway. So just post normally.

we have to login in bitcointalk.org next we have to post some postings in that account. but it takes some time to get active. may it can take two to four weeks of time to get active.first we try to do it correct postings and next check activity. then it is obtained clearly.

Maybe your post can be deleted by moderators and cannot count in your post.Thats very impossible that your rank cannot increase and despite of that you are posting everyday really someting strange.Your post must be constructive or maybe  the thread you are posting is deleted so thats why your comment is also deleted ,always check your profile and show post to check if your post is not deleted.

I also had that mind sometimes ago, but I discovered its like there is specific time that the moderator count and screen your post for activity upgrade. Most time before the upgrade they scrutinize your message and count the most relevant. And more so at a newbie level the activities/post tends to be quickly attended to but the higher your tier the longer it appears. I suggest you be patient as long as you are making meaningful posts, it will be counted

Same my status, my activity is not increasing but you should wait until they update your profile. You should be active and you need to have 14 activity every 2 weeks. Nothing to worry about that if you are active in here.

There's only an average post. like once per day. you only get 14 activity adding up every 2 weeks. so if you already post 14 in one day, the activity will add 14 after 2 weeks refresh in activity
