The delta tfc1212de is 3.9 amp. This is too much for the controller.

Check to get Delta AFB1212SHE.

Taking almost 8 amp from the controller is too much.

the fans already have them, but I did not know that the controller can not handle, so I made a bad purchase. Embarrassed

And you are good to go!  Grin

Also another option is Phobya mole to fan connector's.  It does not have speed control is the disadvantage.

I've been using 3 pin on my c1's http://www.amazon.com/Phobya-4-Pin-3-Pin-Splitter-Connection/dp/B007S3T4O0/  great little adapter.

They also make a 4 pin version I have not been able to try it though - http://www.amazon.com/Phobya-4-Pin-Splitter-Power-Eight/dp/B00OD7MO6E/
