I just downloaded and backed up my new blocktrail wallet on my iOS... I just didn't know if it has a cold storage feature like circle and xapo does? I know it's not a "true" cold storage, but I was just wondering if blocktrail offers the same type of security setting with it or not?

We don't provide cold storage because our security works differently. The difference between us and Circle and Xapo is that we give the power of Bitcoin to you, our users. YOU are in control. That is how multi-signature security works:

Transactions from your Blocktrail wallet are co-signed both by you on your device, and by BlockTrail. When you enable two-factor authentication, BlockTrail only signs transactions which you have authenticated on your secondary device. Using multi-signature transactions and multi-device authentication allows Blocktrail to provide you with the highest level of security for your Bitcoin.

Additionally, we provide HD technology.
