Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I was surprsed to see this, assumed cryptobook was a new coin.  This is impressive, how did you decide on which coins to reference?

I chose the above cryptocurrencies for many reasons.  Some are:

  • They all featured in the first book I wrote and published back in December 2014, so I have a sufficient knowledge of their respective histories.
  • I know a lot can be written about these.
  • They have all been active for over one year
  • Through personal contacts, I know I will get help from the respective communities when required.

Is your favourite cryptocurrency featured?

Cool, where can I find your first book ?  My favourite coin is of course the big daddy Bitcoin, alt wise I have picked up a few of the above but have not got a favourite alt right now although I am quite keen on Sapience (xai).

These are quite ambitious projects you have here, to write 9 books like this.

Can you tell me, how much money it costs to make your own book like this, and how do you get a book to be on a shelf at a store like Chapters?

I am familiar with the history of at least one of the coins you mentioned, it will be interesting to read your books Smiley

I am familiar with the history of at least one of the coins you mentioned, I will be watching to see if you get it right or not. Smiley

I am a very ambitious person Tongue

I will do my best to tell the story of each cryptocurrency in an unbiased way.

There are many different points of view, and which one is 'right' ?

For books, one might want to know some stuff about the author, in an attempt to gain awareness of the authors perspective or states of mind, or motives.

"Reddcoin - History of the First Year" has just been published.  It is number two of the series.

From now to the end of July I will be resting/going on holiday.  After this, I will resume writing the book on DigiByte (expected to be complete by late August/early September).
