I have 2 SP10 units that have damaged top boards.  I am told that these can be run with just the bottom of the two PCBS, but I have not the energy to start hacking away.

I have no idea what these might be worth, I just want to get them out of my DC.  I suppose best case scenario, you are looking at 700 GH/s per machine....unless you can somehow repair the other PCB.

Say .75 BTC per unit + shipping?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Any idea what happened to the top board? Roasted VRMs?

I'd offer 0.75BTC for the pair if there's no further information or pictures of the innards as a reference for the damage.

Cool, quiet and up to 1TH pod miner, on sale now!

I believe it is the VRMs on one set of ASICs.  They fried, so now the power supply just turns off everytime it spools up.  I was told it can be removed and ran on the bottom PCB just fine.

can you do 1.0 BTC + Shipping?  I can take them apart and get pictures, but I really wanted to avoid that as the screws are small and putting them back together sucks!
