3. Why you are not set in OP that its 90 millions was generated on second block after launch(like a premine or instamine) ? Who a hold it now? 4. If its a usuall Proof-of-Stake (now PoS 2.0) so main part of all Rewards anyway would be minting by adresses which are hold those 90 millions
? PoS interest 3% - by day? by month? by hour? by year?
