The point is that you are getting a chance to win a huge amount in the site with only 0.001 BTC deposit but the chances are low which is highly unlikely but not impossible. The rollover is 20x as you can see if you are going to create an account. I think it will be used for funding the tournament prizes because if you look at the prizes they are divisible by 0.007 just my assumption. Question for OP how big is 100 credits is it 1credit per spin?

Your question is already answered by OP let me quote it for you maybe you missed it. For your second question you need to make an account just for the tournament and once you deposit 0.007 they will take down the deposit address and you'll start with 100 btc worth of credits. If you want to use your own money make an account with a different game mode. For OP what if someone abuses the tournament.

About the time limit, it is already stated clearly that it is open until the end. It means you can register in the last minutes before the tournament closed.
About your second question, I understand it now because your first post did not mention about deposit more than 0.007btc. To make it safe so I advise you to deposit 0.007 only instead of 0.01, but ofc we can wait for the answer from the owner. But I believe if you deposit 0.01 then you should be able to use the 0.003 because the fee is only 0.003.
