paypal is reversible so its hard to find a person who accepts paypal for bitcoin, you can try to get other payment option , paypal to bitcoin transaction is risky

As said above, Paypal can be reversed, and this is risky. Also, with your negative trust, I don't think that people will be willing to make a deal with you, even for $5.

Both of you calm down! Quickseller: this guy is legit, only reason he has negative trust is because people think reselling keys is "bad".
His site works and I bought 60 bucks worth of stuff before.
Ruining his account for 4$ is not worth, it and I don't really care about 4$ if he REALLY does scam.
