Here the dev seems active, but the market doesn't care about it. This coin is really interesting, but I'm not sure I can make profit, dev active and price always low, it's not a good sign, I'll wait the next wallet to see how the market will react and then I'll think about buy it or not.

I don't think market will react....this is like a good coin where dev is going to quit if after other 1-2 update market will not give signs of life.

The market is always controlled by the whales, it's very rare to see a coin rise in price thanks to the community, so if after some wallet updates and good activity a dev don't see any changes in price but only dump, the right thing to do is leave the coin, and with it many people in loss.
