There has been an addition to the ruleset.
Rule 16 is new to it, going to be effective after saturdays payout and goes as this:

16. We do not pay for posts which only got the purpose of advertising a competitor site

Here are some examples of posts that won't be paid in the future:

I would have to say cloudbet as they offer double your deposit back promotion but it does take along time to get it back. You would need to spend 8 times the amount you deposited to get it all back.

We do not pay you to advertise other sites.
We don't force you to like our site or dislike other sites.
You can still say what you want, you just don't get paid for comments, that are clearly advertising other sites.
If you don't like that, don't join, easy as that.

We got high enough rates to exclude specific threads. It doesn't mean you cant post there, you're just not paid for spam.

I see you are watching me while postchecking  
Well, it's simple. Those are color-coded reminders for me, when I notice something during the post check, or when I got some other input,
I add those beside the users names, so that I don't forget about it.
Basically, yellow often means warnings or kicks, red mostly means bans, blue are users who ranked up during the round.
Other colors like green and orange are different things.
Tl;dr: Marks are for me, not you.
