i doubt that someone will want to buy it as its useless because of negative trust and people can get in trouble with it

Yes that is why the price is very low, due to the negative trust. It can still be used in some sig campaigns that allow negative trust members. You can also try asking members to remove the trust once the account is sold, though this not always work.

I don't think it would be a good idea for anyone to buy this account as it was involved in a number of scams in the past and anyone who uses it could potentially be implicated in those scams.

Is it possible that people will remove negative trust if the account is sold? If yes, I will buy, Can you point some signature campaigns which allow negative trusted members?

It's possible, it has happened before to other sold accounts, but there is no guarantee they would remove it. Is it possible that people will remove negative trust if the account is sold? If yes, I will buy, Can you point some signature campaigns which allow negative trusted members?
A lot of campaigns allow negative trust users but you need to be manually approved. check services section.

You can ask the people who left it to remove it but they wont always remove it. Sometimes people remove trust from sold accounts, sometimes not. If you can get rid of the negative trust you can sell account for atleast 0.5BTC or you can still use it for sigcampaigns that take negative trust members. I want a quick sale hence low price.

The only way you can get it removed is by asking the people who left it to do so, but they usually won't and for good reason. If this happened people would just fake sales of their accounts to others in an attempt to get rid of the feedback.
