Hello to everyone,

today I downloaded Electrum and everything was good. I received my btc and everything, but when I'm trying to send the BTC to another wallet a pop-up open saying that the application crashed.
Still have the balance and can't send the BTC to any wallet.

Can someone help? How do I fix it?

Could yo please provide a little more information?
What version? Where did you download the client from? What OS?
Are you sure you are connected to the internet and the client is online when sending?

Or have you managed to solve this already?

some of the files might be corrupted that you are encountering an error.

with information that you have provided, i think the easiest way is to re-install electrum client after you backed up your wallet.

as a last resort you can import your private keys in any other wallet to be able to spend your coins and save them.

1 - Make a backup copy of your wallet file and export private keys; store them safely
2 - Print a paper wallet backup of your private keys and store it safely
3 - Try to re-install Electrum and see if the problem is solved
4 - If not, just install any other wallet like Multibit, import the private keys and be done with it
