It's either a really bad photo or I'm calling fake on the panda.  The detail on the temple steps does not look correct.

Could you post a clearer picture along with your username in the shot.

much better pic thanks, the detail in the steps now looks legit.

The fake 2013 panda does not have the patterns in the center of the steps which you could not see in the first pic.

I agree with Mark on this one; the pictures in OP look suspicious.
The second picture of the temple looks much more convincing.
The tarnish of the silver also looks its age.
I hope you will find a buyer, even though bitcointalk is not really Panda-land.

no problem, I understand the suspicion

I know a few years ago a LOT (as in the thousands) of fake Pandas went through ebay, and 2003 was one of the years in that crop....they exhibited uneven luster as well as incorrect weight

What kinda price are you expecting for the Panda?
(not really a potential buyer for this one, just asking out of curiosity).

$100 shipped....it's not in the mint packaging and has toning...

apmex offered the sealed ones for $190, provident metals has loose ones for $120 in btc

I just checked ebay and they are still FLOODED with fake 2003 pandas...check the 'sold listings' and notice that the $30 ones are coming from China  Embarrassed
