Geez, that's double what I paid for the miner in the first place!! Can anyone tell me what kind of connectors those are? Sorry for my ignorance in advance.

Looks a bit weird, a 22 pin connector :-/ Maybe a picture of the female end would help? If you want something cheaper then the EVGA 1300W's are cheap in the US, else the Corsair RM1000 which is still pretty premium, else the Corsair CX750M. When you start moving away from the name brands, you increase your risks of a repeat PSU death drastically.

look like custom pcie cables. translation (good chance you will need a cable builder to help you. or a lot more photos to clearly show us all connections. those melted cables plug into the psu side or the mining board. show me the mining board in photos and the cables that plug into the mining boards's jacks. dogies idea to buy an evga 1300 g2 may be the best idea. but I need to figure what the connections are.

I am not in the same location as the miner, I will try to get some pictures later tomorrow, but these are the connectors right off the old PSU. There are only two of the larger connectors and the one of the smaller connector. The larger ones plug right into the blades and the smaller into the controller board. I will get pictures of the blade connectors and the controller board connector tomorrow and post them. I'd hate to shell out so much money for a PSU then have to splice together my own cables. That would suck.

Can anyone help me out? I have a Visionman VP-1100 with a dead power supply. Where can I find a replacement?
What miner are you using the PSU for? I might have looked over it but I could not see this part. That will be important or which PSU.

Interesting I have not got to play with one of these. Thanks for link guess I don't know every A1 Variant . And it's very true if you do get a PSU and don't need it amazon is good at taking them back. (Just don't abuse they do track amount spent vs amount returned).

Well, I opened up the dead PSU and all the connections are very well labeled. I think I can snip the ties, label all the wires as to what voltage they need and solder them into a new PSU if I absolutely have to.

I hope they find some of the cables for you. Thank you for posting pictures of inside, it is a interesting miner. I'm surprised with the custom cables.

be careful I had a feeling you might have a rough job with this when I saw those cables.

While it was down, I pulled each blade, pulled the heat sinks, stripped, prepped and regreased each of the CPUs. I'm not worried about building a PSU if I have to. I'm very comfortable with a soldering iron. I've done such tedious jobs as soldering CPUs to boards, tearing laptops of every brand down to the boards and doing repairs and done my share of high voltage wiring too. Trust me, if I don't have to I won't but I won't back down if that's what it takes either.
Nice, if you have soldering skill, server PSU is the best choice. The refurbish one is very cheap in US.

As long as you know the voltages you could just lob the harnesses off and connect them exterior on the new PSU. I'd check eBay, sometimes you can snag a decent PSU on the cheap. I'm not entirely surprised by custom connectors, Visionman is a longtime server manufacturer and might have been using the same PSU for other things at one point.

evga 1300 should work well they use 16 ga pcie cables so you are doing about 250 watts per pcie cable if you did 4 of them do you have a kwatt meter? those cables work nicely up to 250 watts. so if the kwatt meter is 1000 to 1050 watts your are fine. Thanks for posting back with photos. Yeah, that's what I ended up doing. I took my time, stripped, soldered, and taped each lead very well. I just plugged everything in a few min ago and she actually fired up! Everything is online, running nice and cool now. A bit more sloppy now that the PSU could not fit in the case, but who cares, she's running 1.1TH again and life is good. I have plenty of shelf space.
