Actually when they come back and set a pending btc stolen I am optimist… and decide to give trust to they… but probably don't work.

I just logged in into my old bter account, and just get dusts of interest on other altcoins (but I don't have any DOGE there now). However by clicking on one of the altcoins, it says no interest while I could get 1 satoshi of that coin... And all other altcoin's interest is also 1 satoshi less than the amount stated... They are taking 1 satoshi from every interest claim and they would get rich from this

Ahahahahhaha om my God, what bad news .
Maybe every day that you haven't get the interest they make a full bounty of "satoshi" from your interest rate
Anyway at the date of 17/06/2015… Dogecoin interest daily on bter.com not work

In fact I haven't claimed the interest there for >3 months because I just have dusts of altcoin there (about 1 cent or less?). I've abandoned the account and I've almost forgotten the password there. However the biggest fault is from Google, because when I first joined bitcoin and found freedoge.co.in, I search for dogecoin exchanges but Google gives bter as one of the first results to me

I have found this site also casually, and I use only for a crypto alt wallet.
But after this experience, and reading your experience, is much better cash out some cents and go away!

I had used bter.com once and that led me to a disappointment since it had some 0.02 worth of usd split into altcoins.
0.0001 btc
0.000039 ltc
0.000326 doge
which I was not able to withdraw and was not able to trade too.
so I bid a good bye to my .02 usd

about CNY, nope, I remember that you can't withdraw tiny amount. Also I think you can't exchange… Try to exchange for dogecoins, minimum withdraw it's 50 dogecoins, with 5 doge of fee transaction.

But yesterday I forget to say, that you can try to load your coins in an other exchange like yobit, that allow the possibility to exchange 0,0001 BTC (and also withdraw), when the "minimum" for bter is 0,01 BTC for withdraw and 0,001 BTC for exchange….

maybe you can try some faucets… like fauc.at /cryptospout, I think in a short time you can get a minimum for withdraw or exchange, I make a similar choice with devcoin that every 20-25 I exchange for Litecoins.

I've forgotten about faucets because I earn even more from signature campaigns now... (because in one post of my signature campaign, it pays even more than that I've lost at bter ) Just 'donate' my coins to bter and hope they will not run out of funds again...
