ATTENTION! Bter - DON'T PAY INTEREST ON DOGECOIN

Hi to all,
Bter.com don't pay interest for my dogecoin !
I have request some info but it's from more than 5 days that they doesn't give any valid solution, for example today they want see a SCREENSHOT of my 0 balance ( DOUBLE LOL) but they can also check they are the "master" of the site .

After they will pay the interests for this days I will remove this post or edit with PAYED!
And withdraw all from this site for very bad service (and 2 scam attempt in the past...)

You would think that they would improve after their latest disaster..  but it only seems they got worse and makes you think this was all fraud.

They haven't even provided any progress or any investigation outcomes about the "hack"..

I have some btc pending and they says that will repay back in different batch the stolen coin…but i think if they can't solve quickly a basic problem with interests rate, how can repay btc? I hope to get a quickly solution….but nothing… I don't received also reply in mail or Skype…they are disappeared!

Their support is pretty bad.. tho they do answer to tickets/emails.. but only after a few days..

I know that this is a "shark pool" field, but I use this service only as "wallet" for some crypto, an useful way to store vault and some a little interests that cover withdrawn and deposit expense. I hope that at least they reply on Skype!

Yes great ( ) service… I have withdrawn my funds (It's correct to say that all going ok!), I have left only 10 dogecoin in my account to see if they will fix this problem.

However if you are scammed, then you were warned here before (with the scam attempts that you mentioned). Chinese sites are not quite trustworthy for non-Chinese. If you are not a Chinese then avoid using Chinese sites as their support (may) not speak good English, and may mislead us because of wrong translations.

I don't know the reason because they decide to not fix the problem, the speak a not bad english in "private" I think they understand very well the situation, but maybe for lack of patience (of time or I don't know) they decide to not give assistance.

Is important to post also this small fraud/scam attempt because there are a lot of users that maybe got the same issues and prefer to not speak about it.

10 DOGE, that's not too much, just few hundred satoshis. Their minimum order amount is 0.0001 BTC and their multiples (that is, you can't trade like 15000 satoshis). The amount is lower than the min. order, and they may mark your account as spam. Also they have minimum withdrawal amount, and your balance don't reached that (as they take 5 DOGE for withdrawals). Good luck to your (likely) faucet payouts.

I have deposited 500 dogecoin!
And now are only 10, after I decided to withdraw.
But the same they have to pay the interests! For both 500 or 10 dogecoin (or maybe 0,00001 dogecoin!)
These are their conditions, now I have a "faucet payout" only to test if they fix this issues.
But again before tapping casually on a keyboard, READ FIRST (very well not quickly )

Sorry for your lost, but however, 500 DOGE is still not a big amount (about 9 cents at the current market price, or 0.54 CNY, China's currency). It maybe a big amount for faucet users, but not for professional traders (their target customers).
BTW, if you want some DOGE back, can you give me your DOGE address not at bter? I can tip you some.

Yes I give only 500 dogecoins to test their site again, after I get scammed in the last batch of scamming at bter and I have more than 0,04 btc pending.

However Bter is really not a trustworthy site. As I stated before, Chinese sites isn't so good for making investment. Also Bter have a record that 7170 BTC have been stolen there (if I remembered the amount right). Then it is said that JUA.com helped out Bter from bankrupt. JUA is a site affiliated with BW.com mining pool, which proposed 8MB bitcoin block.
If you wanted to really earn interest from Chinese sites, then I will recommend NOT to invest, as their payouts are even less than you can earn in faucets.

I just logged in into my old bter account, and just get dusts of interest on other altcoins (but I don't have any DOGE there now). However by clicking on one of the altcoins, it says no interest while I could get 1 satoshi of that coin... And all other altcoin's interest is also 1 satoshi less than the amount stated... They are taking 1 satoshi from every interest claim and they would get rich from this
