There is no protection if you use paypal, the escrow can do nothing in case of a scam. just use :

highly doubtful that you'll be able to buy btc with pp here because of many scam attempts, virwox is your best bet even though fees are quite high.

Yep I agree, alldiscounts.club looks like a scam site to me as well. All those fake secure site logos without links is an immediate give away.

EDIT: And suddenly AmyMillerNS goes offline . The website will probably follow... or be changed considerably.
