The site has a weak SSL certificate (chrome makes it red and crosses it out), does not load, 502 bad gateway, so clearly there is some server issues.
Haven't actually seen the site, but from these problems, its probably not well made either
I would call it a scam

I cannot open the provided link! A lot of hacks and scams is arising recently! Especially for the newly launced one, we should stay away from them. I cannot understand why you still bother with them! Probably you can open a support ticket to see! Anyway good luck for you!

My thoughts exactly. Why not just use some reputable exchange that's been online for a while.. Maybe even exchange here on forum marketplace (anything beats unknown and shady sites)
Anyways it's possible that they dont have much staff, and if theres some manual work need to credit the coins, it may delay it a lot.

cheers

Agreed, why would you send your coins to some random site no one has heard of. There are also great exchanges that you can use, why did you use this one?

I've never heard of perfect money before, so I looked them up.

With news like what's below, I don't know why you'd ever trust them.

"Just after the Law Enforcement in 17 countries shuts down 'Liberty Reserve', a $6 billion digital money laundering operation, now the criminals is switching to another online currency called "Perfect Money".

Perfect Money, another private digital currency that has emerged to meet the demand of Criminals and hackers, those buying and selling kit anonymously and being used by people selling stolen credit cards in Internet hacker forums recently.

Fraudsters are rapidly migrating to Perfect Money and it allows users to transfer money anonymously by purchasing and exchanging the proprietary currency for dollars, euros and gold.
