Microwallet not responding to deposit

I made a deposit to my microwallet to fund my faucet, but the system has not updated the balance, thus my faucet has run dry and my visitors are abandoning ship

I sent two mails allready, with my account and the deposit address, did check the numbers more than once, anyone else experiencing problems with funding their microwallet faucet? I could try another deposit, but am affraid it will end up in the void again.

the blockchain suggests it should have been processed correctly, but in my microwallet admin I cannot find the last transaction and the balance is almost depleted due to the standard faucet activity, nothing weird going on.

Anyone care to shed a light on this? Should I keep on mailing every other day to get feedback?

Was planning to redesign and up my faucet payouts, might as well get away from microwallet.

i left using microwallet few months back when they stopped paying regularly..i switched to faucetbox and its working fine till now..
i suggest you to consult support..they are daamn too lazy to reply also.

exactly when ever i see faucets paying out via microwallet i never use it..
my choice preferences are:
1. Xapo
2. Faucetbox
3. Paytoshi

depends upon ones perception, for me xapo is best as i can see and i can controll the whatever bits i receive instantly.

Am looking for easy implementation, not that I am a beginner, just a lazy programmer, xapo does allow an easy way of payment directly into the wallets, so that would be a nice option, someone allready posted a xapo faucet script on the forum. I am patient, my faucet was dying anyway, but not being able to payout the funds I deposit makes it die a bit too fast, on the plus side, I do still get the ad reveneu, so technically my faucet is running better than ever

Micro wallet is suspicious from many days. Don't make any more deposits. Hope you will get reply from them soon. Or you need to change ur platform to any other like paytoshi or faucetbox.
