He had the custom name 'theymos' and text 'administrator'.

This account is banned already:
Changed it back and banned it with a message about being compromised.
But a few trusted negative feedback would still help.

Yes exactly, negative feedbacks will help as many people might yet haven't seen that PM and might send him bitcoins, but seeing neg trust they won't
