If I published an altcoin, whether I can still change some parameters such as maturity, min age of pos, and interest rate, and how many coins in  each block in the future, I can upload the new wallet to each node, but I will keep the genesis hash.  Is this possible?

If you want to change the maturity from 100 to 120 after block 10000, you can modify the wallet so that before block 10000, the maturity is 100, after that, the maturity is 120. You need to give plenty time of notice so that users can download the new wallet and run it. When all/most users run that new wallet, the block maturity will become 120 after block 10000.

I hope you're not going to release this coin of yours to the public. I expect to see a thread in the future titled "My coin forked. What do I do?"

You're talking about forking which requires expert coding knowledge.

Forking is part of the natural evolution/development of a coin but I suggest not changing the basic rules such as rewards/supply. Kiss
