maybe post a picture of the receipt or anything else that proves that you bought it legally.

More pictures of the item. Are you sure that the battery is the only problem? No dents or scratches?  No history of the item getting slammed? And yes a receipt would be a good plus.

Too bad that you didn't keep the receipt. People may think that the item is somewhat stolen. No offense but its just that people want to see some proof of purchase around here.

The pictures are not worst, they don't even show an Iphone box. Rather they show the insides of any phone box. Based on how the picture of the phone is taken it could just be some other phone instead.
