And one more issue is sometimes HYIP operators release payment to monitor admins but block payment of normal users and other main issues are payment not credited in account etc that's why we decided to test them from unknown accounts :-) in that way we can earn some users also and referrals to.

99% of ALL monitors are fake or scammers. They are either scammer to push their referral (even after said hyip site is collapsed) or they are the hyip admins who run a fake monitor site.
