Personally, I have worked within two leading estate agencies in London, UK. Burghleys Estate Agents in Tufnell Park and Sovereign House in Victoria Park. I have also spent over 10 years working for the Valuation Office Agency/District Valuers in the UK, working on Property Valuation and Property Management for government clients.
We have formed as an Irish Company as there is no corporation tax in Ireland for the first two years of trading. Each property is insured and managed by a local agent who we would form a partnership with. They will of course have standard management fees. Each property invested into would have differing costs, i.e. ground rent and maintenance fees. We are therefore unable to provide you a one size fits all fixed figure. The properties that we are primarily looking at are new build properties, so it is unlikely that any of our investment properties would need a new roof anytime soon. Acts of god would be covered by insurance.
Monthly payouts would be in NXT as we are using that platform. We have looked at the Bitcoin asset platforms and have not found one that we are happy with. However, new platforms are coming out all the time and we will not rule out moving to bitcoin for customers who prefer it - but only when the bitcoin platforms are mature and safe for our customers.
Each property will have rental payment dates at different stages of the month, therefore we will be issuing dividends as rent is received on each property. Each property's rent will be received on a monthly basis.
We are not looking to take a cut directly, our business model is to invest into our own properties as joint owners. For us, we prefer to have several percentage investments in multiple properties than 100% investment in a handful of properties. However, we plan to purchase a number of properties off-plan 12 months before the properties are completed, as these are resold to customers once the property is completed we will of course keep the capital gain and that will go into our company profit.
We are currently waiting for marketing materials to be produced by a local printer, these will be uploaded as soon as they are ready.

It is very hard to launch anything these days, it seems every time something is launched the 'It's a scam' posts start. We hope that as people invest and the blockchain shows the returns then trust can be gained. As we are looking to move crypto assets up to a new level, with real asset backing, we expect a little friction at the start.
