Not charging a markup on this, I just want to buy some btc at bitstamp rate.  If you want a straightforward no-hassle trade, make me an offer.

Rules:

You go first, unless you're trusted.
You pay any postage or fees (if applicable).
I'm not always online, but I will usually reply within 24 hours.

Payment methods offered:

Cash in mail (USD)
Money order
Gift cards
I buy something for you
I reload your prepaid card

If none of the above work for you, we could discuss something else.  For example, I could make a deposit into your bank account, but it would depend on which bank and whether there is a branch nearby.

[EDIT] Current cash available: $0 (closed for now)

Do you have a minimum on cash in mail? What will you do if the package is lost or stolen?

It's pretty rare for mail to get stolen, but it does happen.  I can split up the cash and send it in several envelopes to limit the loss if one goes missing, or can send it all together with tracking/signature.  It depends on how you want to do it.

Maybe... I'm not sure what the fees would be, and there aren't a lot of moneygram locations near here.  Many of the WU agents are gone now too.

Honestly though, if you want moneygram, you can probably find a better deal by posting an ad on localbitcoins, and getting the buyer to pay the moneygram fees.

Western Union and Moneygram are usually not cost-effective, especially not internationally.

I just did a trade with someone and mailed cash.  It cost $9.20 with signature and tracking.  That's less than what WU costs.

If WU is your only option then we can discuss it, but in most cases you're better off with an alternative.

I still have cash to trade.
