I fit in #3. Interested, but not really doing anything about it. I may have to set up a separate business separate from the regular business. I was initially thinking of just telling people to send me bitcoins at an address, then I can fulfill their order. It can be as simple as that, no need for all the shopping cart thingies.
But it gets complicated (especially to normal people) who don't do encryption or don't do PGP / GPG, and they still have to trust you. And I'm outside the United States, so the currency exchange can also get complicated. It stays simple if I accept bitcoins and keep them as bitcoins, but eventually I'll need to cash them out into fiat money, and my currency is not listed anywhere and there is no "real" exchange in my country right now.
