1. The crowd here are really friendly and there doesn't seem to be too many eejits like on other non-bitcoin forums.
2. People here are really helpful to newbies or is that just because we is in the newbies section. Average IQ seems high.
3. People are excited about something  Wink
4. These forums seem to be the focal point for this entire (nascent) industry.

Average IQ seems high.

If true, there is no correlation between IQ and the ability to keep your bitcoins or the bitcoins of others safe :-)

Here's what I've gathered so far...and correct me if I'm wrong...everyone seems super nice and helpful... Tons of information and knowledgable people...after browsing the marketplace I'd recommend either never asking for a loan...or wait a good year or so until you have rep...and even then have a good business plan and or provide all info anyone needs to trust you.  The only hostility I've seen has been the lending section. Other than that it seems like a great community. Realize that bitcoins have real value and real consequences. People have lost a lot of money on scams. Even with all the info people ask for it seems their is little or no legal action that can be taken. So there is not very much trust. So as long as you don't need a loan it looks like this is the most helpful informative bitcoin site on the web.   I am also new so I don't know much....but this is what I've learned my short time here.      Good luck...and welcome to the forum

I don't believe you bothered consulting a dictionary before you posted that... If you did, you might have learnt something about irregular verbs.
