Not sure to be honest, knowing these guys I doubt they are using VPN but will find out.....

What does it mean 'they are licensed in the EU' exactly? What are the benefit of licensed casino over non licensed one? I gathered from my experience that normal users don't care usually if the casino is licensed or not.

I think the real incentive of a licensed casino over a non licensed one is that they will not run away with user's funds and they have to comply with the state's responsible gaming law. But I don't know if there license extend to BTC gambling.

yes today I really feel most fortunate person  
before I lose 0.002 on the slot game as well.
