Except that won't work because the daemon at least doesn't recognise FQDNs only IP addresses

Another bug:

cryptcashd masternode start
masternode input must have at least 15 confirmations

But log says:

CActiveMasternode::ManageStatus() - Input must have least 452 confirmations - 25 confirmations

There is an issue with the daemon, as soon as you enable staking it consumes memory big time. None of my other staking daemons use anywhere near as much. Leave staking off and it behaves. Also the wallet will not stop once staking has been enabled, it needs to be killed

Confirmed

It then crashes as soon as all memory and swap is used.

I think this is why nobody made a Quark Staking Coin, the nasty side effect of staking. Because of it's complexity, it causes Ramhog to take place.

No, your client looks like it has a memory leak. Check to make sure you're calling delete for staking-relevant dynamic allocations.

Also, SeedBit's wallet works for staking without annihilating RAM, so it's probably not Quark's fault.

Ah! The Classic Exchange Question! Permission to dump, sire?

NON SARCASTIC ANSWER: I am in talks with EmpoEX but so far nothing....

No, actually I was going to buy more. My rig doesn't do Quark, so I'm having to rent. So, thanks for not judging me as a dumper prior to learning my background. (that was sarcasm too, BTW)
Anyway, good luck with the exchange.

For Sure not.

Quark is not as heavy as x11 for example.

There is a memory Leak somewhere which needs to ne fixed but it does Not seem you care much Smiley

It works for me.

Well I get this unless I use my IP address:

addr ***.***.net:9999
: Invalid -masternodeaddr address: ***.***.net:9999

***.***.net is my FQDN

The Confirmations were done so that anyone trying to do some sort of attack will fall flat in his face

My point was that the RPC result says one thing, but the debug log says something else.

I also have dynamic IP, but I have dyn.com service for mapping my domains. If it is working for you in GUI wallet then it must be a linux daemon bug. Please add to buglist

You really are quite a contemptuous person aren't you Niitassin? You hack away at whatever coin is source code of the day, and time and time again deliver a substandard product.

Not many people will run a masternode on a full windows desktop PC like you clearly do, the very least you can do is take onboard when people mention bugs to you, rather than just providing flippant replies.

If you don't know what you are doing then why not ask?
