I found an Instagram acct by searching the hashtag "coinchimp" which he is also associated with. The handle on the instagram acct is onewiseguy. Anyway, he has a post telling his followers to check out coinchimp. You can also go here: https://bitcointa.lk/threads/wts-asicscrypt-com-proof-of-earnings.350900/ and see that not only is there an acct onewiseguy discussing asicscrypt.com, but also an acct by the name of Professor James Moriarty on the same thread. If you look at the instagram acct of "onewiseguy" you can see that he advertises coinchimp and asicscyrpt.com. I have a screenshot, but idk how to upload it. Anywho, pretty sure this is the guy.

And what do you know!! There is an account registered here "onewiseguy". It's him. Thank you, Tarsua for pointing that out to me.

wait what haha I am not who ever you think I am. just because I put coinchimp on an old profil, because I thought it was legit. I have not taken it off. Because I haven't logged on.

and you accuse me of being some James Moriarty?

Dude chill out.
Is that your instagram account? - https://instagram.com/onlyonewiseguy/

Its an account I haven't logged in. the last photo was posted 21 weeks ago.

You have lots of personal infos in there...

yes I just deactivated it stupid newb

I already saved most of it Roll Eyes

If you have honestly lost Bitcoins to BitLaunder, then yes, you are probably screwed as Michael Moriarty is a known con artist who has had accusations made against BitLaunder before - yet he still tosses around on the forums trying to ignore them or claim he isn't in the wrong.

Refer to this decently large thread on MM's previous big scam.

Does this guy also run bitcoinpuddle, bitnewbie, coinchimp and asicscrypt?

I believe I know who the real "Moriarty" is, and his beautiful wife Itzzia Polanco. He has a cute son named Nathan too. They live in Simi Valley, CA. I can post pics if anyone would like...

can you take off my family's info please.

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

I own Asicscrypt.com and have 0 affilliatition with this scammer.  Please kindly rescind your accusation against my site.
I think that the problem is that onewiseguy most likely advertised a site affiliated with morality Bitcoin a long time ago (when morality may or may have owned the site). This shows the risks of advertising unknown websites.

I would assume that you purchased AsicScrypt.com from onewiseguy in the past (although this really does not matter) and this shows the huge risks associated with the trading of domains as if the domain was actually associated with morality then it would be less then worthless, as would be any other domain that you owned.

I believe that onewiseguy tried to take out a loan with collateral worth less then the amount of the loan he was taking out, however this was several months ago and I think he has since learned his lesson and I don't think he will try to scam in the future.

I also think it was a bad idea for onewiseguy to associate his RL identity with Bitcoin and his Bitcoin related ventures. The fact that his personal information was released and stayed released would have been entirely up to the OP who may or may not be a reasonable person.

As of now, I don't think onewiseguy is morality Bitcoin

"I think that the problem is that onewiseguy most likely advertised a site affiliated with morality Bitcoin a long time ago (when morality may or may have owned the site). This shows the risks of advertising unknown websites."   Yea I posted it thinking it was legit and never took it off and didn't even know it was a scam site.  So because some one makes post or mentions a site to go check out in the past automatically  some one is considered owner of said site. Is kind of stupid.

"
I would assume that you purchased AsicScrypt.com from onewiseguy in the past (although this really does not matter) and this shows the huge risks associated with the trading of domains as if the domain was actually associated with morality then it would be less then worthless, as would be any other domain that you owned. " Correct he is the owner of the site. Asicscrypt is a blog so regardless its not a site to scam, so again considering a site and trying to connect false dots again is stupid.

"I believe that onewiseguy tried to take out a loan with collateral worth less then the amount of the loan he was taking out, however this was several months ago and I think he has since learned his lesson and I don't think he will try to scam in the future. " Agreed I did try to take out a loan thinking my collateral was sufficient and worth the amount stated which was not. It was not a scam attempt but a misunderstanding.

"I also think it was a bad idea for onewiseguy to associate his RL identity with Bitcoin and his Bitcoin related ventures. The fact that his personal information was released and stayed released would have been entirely up to the OP who may or may not be a reasonable person.
" The fact that personal info was released with out actually facts and not just being a prick, because he decided to hide bitcoin (Launder)(that was bought and or got wrongfully gotten) is beyond anyone.  So again why would any one want to tumble bitcoin(illegal maybe).

If you can see hi/she is not a reasonable person for using a launder site and communicating and doing business with a member with very high negative feedback, He/she made a stupid mistake and now needs to blame someone.

"As of now, I don't think onewiseguy is morality Bitcoin " of course I am not Morality or who ever owns those sites. you can see the domains I have sold in the past. and see the past owners.

But again Releasing my personal info was stupid.  But what ever.

Like I said, I don't think you are a scammer, nor do I think you are the same person as morality Bitcoin.

With that being said, all it would take is one person acting irrationally to post your personal information and claim that you are the same person as morality. There would be little/nothing that you could do. I think you are extremely lucky that the OP appears to have removed your information.

If you haven't done so already, I think you should at the very least remove the picture promoting what is now morality's website. You should probably also make your social media private.

My site has absolutely ZERO ties to the scammer.  This domain never was and never will be affiliated at all with him, so I don't know why my site is being tainted for no reason. You can even ask campy as I was helping him try to gather more information on this scumbag Moriarity many months ago.

I'm not quite understanding what you are inferring with domain risks.  By following the same logic, anyone who has ever promoted or advertised Mt. Gox has tainted any domain or business they are involved in.  This would mean that the Bitcoin foundation, Bitcoin magazine, Bitcointalk, Coindesk, and several other reputable sites must be considered a scam under the same reasoning.  It's ludicrous.
