I don't understand it either & to be honest I can't really bothered to learn, I don't trade or make multiple deals/transactions here so I'm not really bothered.
I just enjoy using the forum to gain more knowledge on bitcoin & to chat about daily goings on in the bitcoin world.

Really wonder to see this profile after getting so many negative feedback but it still shows neutral, is that person hacked the trust system or there is any kind of bug that shows me to default like other have?

As long as nobody from the default trust list bothered to give him a negative, he's as good as new Smiley
Maybe you can ask Vod to do that, he use to be rather eager to spread negatives (which in most cases is very good actually).

You can change your default trust list, or if he has directly scammed you, then you can give him negative trust and the number will go red for you.
I agree that the default trust list is not really working anymore, those on the list can do what they want, and those not on the list have no power to help others avoid being scammed.

Maybe all legendaries should be on the list, unless they have a negative trust.

depends on layers (Trust depth (max 4)) of trusted feedback. Dunno, what is default (I guess 2), but on layer 2 it is really showing: Trust:    0: -0 / +0

mods, admin...anybody, please start doing something with the trust system, it is not obviously working as intended..

Oh, indeed, this is the one!
I played to set it by hand.
If I set it to 3, our guy has -30, as you stated.
If I set it to 4 (max), he has -4093: -12 / +3  Grin

Maybe the trust depth increases with the rank and that makes amiryaqot have trust depth 3 while I have trust depth 2?

But it's known that current trust system is in trouble. I guess that the big hope is that we move quick (yeah...) on the new forum software and there maybe this is better thought/done.

now, it should be fixed or disabled, because this magic with layers leads to situation, that majority of users seems blackarrow with 0 trust (even he scammed dozens of people)

yes i just changed my trust settings depth to max4 so that is go up to -4093, i think so default settings go up when our member rank got increase and it was there max 3 by default but now i have changed it to max 4 there.

agree also thats a real problem for ppl who didnt understand it, well, to tell you the truth i was reading this entire thread to know how is possible that he have 0 trust because i didnt understand how is that possible.

No. That is not the case here. Your trust perception is not dependent on what level your bitcointalk account is. You could be legendary user with 2k activity and you still see default trust as normal.
The only thing that can change your perception of trust ratings is setting your own trust depth higher.

Maybe you can ask Vod to do that, he use to be rather eager to spread negatives (which in most cases is very good actually).

And thats the problem, we should see all trust ratings like the same, some people shouldnt have more weight than others just because the sake of it.
