There'd be no sex scenes, unless you consider group-masturbating sex, but no "real" sex.
I envision the first scene with some homeless-esque man entering the stage pushing a dust broom. He stops at a magazine page on the floor. He looks around to make sure nobody is watching him as he undoes his pants to his knees. Then he starts masturbating to the image. He's clearly seen shooting his wad all over the page. The page is then waded up and placed in a elegant paper bag barring the name and logo of the play, sourced from a trashcan that's on stage. The dude exits the stage and walks to the front row, handing the bag to some pretty chick in attendance. No, she's not a plant, but just an innocent (okay, maybe not so innocent since her being present) audience member.
Dude is not seen again till the very last scene where he...
As the audience applauds at the closing of the first scene, music is heard playing over the speakers in the auditorium. It's Slim Whitman singing Indian Love Call:
