Does that mean you are buying the paypal account as well?  This seems highly unlikely you can get this deal done, as for the paypal has to be verified and most are not interested in handing personal information over to a random internet stranger.

Well, yes, I would like to buy the PP account too since (if I understand correctly) I would need to wait 21 days if I add new PP account to EBay (due to the 21 day hold policy recently implemented by PayPal).

However, if I am wrong I'm ready to pay for just the EBay account..

I don't believe PP has to be verified with real info in order to meet the limits I am setting forth in my post..
