personally, i'd go with an MSI 870A-G54.

it's a seven-slot motherboard - put it in an eight-slot case with a top mounted PSU and a fan grille on the bottom of the case so you get good cooling to the bottom card.

I'd encourage you to think about unlocking 6950s versus paying for 6970s.  You'll get the same performance for about 70 bucks less a card.

I get 425MH/s+ out of mine. Plus, the 1GB versions are unlockable too! I believe that would be $100 per card saved. Do the shader only mod to these cards!
