Why do you argue my logic with insults?  Doesn't seem very logical.

I'm too lazy for college, I don't want to go to college.  It's a choice I have the right to make as a human being.  Never once have I scammed people for BTC, why do you say I do?

I've researched a lot in my life, I understand the real world very well, in my opinion.

First - learn how to use the Quote feature, like I am doing
Second - if you use actual logic, you'll find people will use logic back
Third - you are running a ponzi - your goal is to scam people for BTC
Finally - no one is saying you haven't experienced a lot in your 18 years.  We are saying, RELATIVELY SPEAKING, that we have experienced a lot more because we are older than 18.

Dank Bank is not a ponzi, you have no evidence that it is.  I am not trying to scam people, I'm not a bad person.  People have said this for the last year, to no avail.

Age != experience.  There are some old people have experienced near to nothing in life.

Considering you've thrown out arguments like "misinformation" when facts don't line up how you want them, you throw out your business plan is wishing hard and karma, and then the stupidity about autism, mental health, and user created worlds, you are the LAST mother-fucker who gets to talk about logic.

Ah, you don't want to get an education, learn things, and come into contact with ideas and theorums that don't match up your just world viewpoint?

Wait, I know, it's because you don't want a decent job! That's what it is!

Either your Dank Bank is a ponzi scheme or your own personal "I'll pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today" program.

So it's a scam, or payday loans.

Your opinion is just as misinformed as you are.

It's getting pretty obvious you don't understand a LOT of things that even most dim people understand.

Age != experience.  There are some old people have experienced near to nothing in life.
Very true, and there's plenty of people who experience more by the time they are 18 than most people will in their entire lives.

You? You are not. one. of them.

Repentance, this forum is the place to find those people, they're here, whether they know it or not.

You did this regarding your venture related to sea-steading.  Instead of seeking funding from people who were already on board with many of your ideas and therefore natural allies, you tried to "convert" people.  When you want money - or indeed any kind of material support - from others, you need to know your audience and adjust your pitch accordingly.

You've been trying to get this community to fund your ideas without success for a year now - a year in which you could have been building networks within the communities which substantially support your own philosophies about life, the universe and everything.  That suggests to me that you're afraid to move outside your comfort zone and present your ideas to those communities even though the likelihood of you gaining meaningful support and encouragement from them is considerably higher than the likelihood of you gaining it here.  You might want to ask yourself why that's the case.

Quote from: dank

If that was true, you'd already have the funds you need to launch dank's Hookah Lounge and you'd be at work fitting the place out right now instead of arguing spirituality on a messageboard.  If you don't understand why you've been unable to raise the funds for this or your previous ventures, then you don't understand the real world.  You blame the lack of funding on people "not understanding you" or not being willing to "have faith in you" but you actively reject any suggestions to seek funds from people who are more likely to "understand" you or "put faith" in your ideas.  Given a choice between producing results and coming up with reasons why you have no results, you get to work on the reasons every single time and you always externalise those reasons.  Your reasons always put the responsibility for your failure on others, never on you, so you don't even learn anything when things don't work out.

All I can say is that this is Bitcoin. I don't believe it until I see six confirmations.

If you are too lazy for college, you will never survive long in business.

Quote
This is why most mental 'disorders' exist:

1) Create/advertise a 'problem' for behavioral patterns, such as restless leg syndrome
2) Then sell your products (pharmaceuticals) to treat the problem
3) Huh
4) Profit.

Big money in convincing people they have issues that can only be treated with drugs, rather than the mind.

It's frustrating how close to the truth you are on many matters in business and spirituality while being so stubborn about the final corrections you need to make to get them right.  It is absolutely true that most mental disorders are fake, but diseases such as Autism do not fall within that.  It is a medical condition, not a psychiatric condition and people should follow medical advice in handling it.  The same goes for cancer.

We are indeed immortal spiritual beings who have inhabited many bodies but those bodies are subject to physical realities.  They can be damaged by force or poison or even bad luck.  A wise spiritual being will do everything they can to fully understand their physical body and to protect it.

I'm not going to repeat myself forever, believe what you wish.

Age is a number, experience is something you've experienced.  Do old people that go to work everyday, watch tv everyday and repeat, have much experience?

You gain experience as you get older, it doesn't mean age gives you experience.

Monster-Ant, read your posts and tell me who is having a mature conversation here, the 18 year old or you?

I want to teach myself, it's that simple, that's why I don't want to go to college.  Plus I want to play guitar, college does nothing but take time from that.

Dank Bank can be used for both business needs as well as personal, without being a scam.

You speak for me as if you are me, which is as fallacious as it gets.  You think you know me better than myself, that's logical to you?

dank -  with all due respect to your karmic viewpoint, and the relative inexperience of your years, it is time to shut this particular thread down. What started as you looking for investors to help you accomplish your dream of owning a hookah lounge has now devolved into Tom Cruise arguing that mental health issues don't exist.

Wrong. They do.

Some are environmental, some are chemical imbalances, others are mis-wired genetics, and still others are a reaction to life experiences and trauma. And very little of it is anything that can be addressed with positive thinking or cure thyself with thy beliefs kind of snake handling foolishness. It is experiences in that kind of real world that will teach you perhaps the patience to listen to others and learn from what they know, your ego is really not doing you any favors. Until you have wrestled the shotgun out a friend's mouth because the demons were just getting to be too much, watched a loved one deal with the nightmares of PTSD, or tried to keep a severely autistic child from hurting themselves as they try to escape this reality that is so foreign to them, you are just sounding like an ignorant child mouthing off. Don't cheapen yourself this way.

And back onto the topic at hand... kill this thread now. If any investor came here to do their due diligence (you will need to know that phrase really, really well soon!) and has the opportunity to read your philosophical whimsies, unless you are dealing with the New Age self-empowerment types described above, you are shooting yourself in the metaphysical head by continuing this thread. Decaying into a series fo petty arguments on unrelated topics does nothing for your dream building, except maybe feed some emotional masochistic need you have for abuse.

It's a shame.  College would teach you logic.

Anyway, it's clear even if you had every dime needed to fund your Hookah lounge, you would smoke it all away and the business would fail.  No one will invest in that.

I do believe I have lost intelligence chatting with you.   Undecided

I'm not afraid to move to other communities with my ideas, I thought the Bitcoin community would have like minded people because of what Bitcoin stands for and how it works.  Never knew of a better community, but you're probably right, there may be other, better communities.

I understand why I haven't gotten the funds, I am hoping a single person will see my messages as true and help me.  It will come with time, I have a lot of other work to get done regarding the hookah lounge.

I don't consider my hookah lounge a failure, it hasn't happened yet but that doesn't mean it won't happen.  I don't blame anybody for that, not even myself, it just wasn't meant to happen yet.

I'd LOVE to hear one of Dank's stories about his experiences and what he learned from them.

I'd love to hear all about how his research led him to an epiphany that made him completely readjust his views on life.

I'm sure they'd be triumphant stories worthy of a Lifetime Original Movie.

You don't have to write out your whole life story, Dank, just whip it out and tell us a couple. Maybe it'll turn us into believers that you can just will your way to success and wish your way into accomplishments! Perhaps we'd even be convinced about the recycling of souls and past life experiences forming a part of a soul-mind that allows experiences to carry over from one life to the next, meaning that no matter how young you are you have lifetimes of experience to draw on.

Quote
Age is a number, experience is something you've experienced.  Do old people that go to work everyday, watch tv everyday and repeat, have much experience?
You'd be surprised the experiences they racked up just at the workplace. You'd be surprised the information they will have been informed of by watching the news. The little things in life, from the car-wreck they were in to the time they broke their leg, that all compiled into experience.

Quote
You gain experience as you get older, it doesn't mean age gives you experience.
Actually, it does. You just can't see it, can you?

What, in your oh so wise opinion, counts as experience?

Quote
Monster-Ant, read your posts and tell me who is having a mature conversation here, the 18 year old or you?
Looks to me like I'm talking to any other 18 year old know-it-all hammer head with delusions of grandeur.

Man, you're really not going to make it in life, are you?

Quote
I want to teach myself, it's that simple, that's why I don't want to go to college.
You don't even know where your knowledge is lacking, you obviously won't put in the effort to educate yourself properly, and I sincerely doubt you even know how to use the tools at your disposal to educate yourself.

You do understand why there is homework and repetition in learning, right?

Quote
Plus I want to play guitar, college does nothing but take time from that.
So does getting your shit together to open a hookah bar, much less running the place, genius.

Quote
Dank Bank can be used for both business needs as well as personal, without being a scam.
You realize what they call it when someone withdraws money from a business account to use it for their personal expenses, right?

Embezzlement.

Quote

Blah blah blah dee dah.

I know everything that you've shown us. You seem to claim that I'm always angry, when I have yet to get angry, is that logical to you?

Christ, Dank, you talk on and on about how much experience you have, then come up with excuses on why you won't tell us what experiences you have.

All I'm saying is that mental disorders happen for a reason, drugs treat them, the soul can cure them.

I have kept myself from trying to escape this reality, I think first hand experience counts for something.

I don't consider my hookah lounge a failure, it hasn't happened yet but that doesn't mean it won't happen.  I don't blame anybody for that, not even myself, it just wasn't meant to happen yet.

For fuck's sake, you goddamn hammer-head, it COULD have been a reality, if only you'd pulled your head out of your ass and taken the advice given in here. Hell, someone who sets up chain-stores came in and gave you advice.

We TOLD YOU the information you needed to find out, but you preferred to rub your face on the guitar strings while screaming that you couldn't hear us.

People in here basically gave you lists of information you needed to find out, steps you needed to take, things you needed to research, things you needed to plan, and sites you needed to read.

It wasn't that it wasn't meant to happen yet, it means YOU FUCKED IT OFF.

Christ, I got offers for loans and investments on the sextoy apparel lines I'd theorized in the beginning of the thread.

If you'd followed ANY of the advice in here, showed you were capable of applying yourself to more than wishful thinking, magic, and rubbing your face on a guitar, you would have gotten loans and investors.

Instead, you threw a little fit when you found out just how woefully unprepared you were, how much effort it will really take, and that there are laws and regulations you'll have to follow, claimed people were throwing out misinformation when they weren't, and constantly made excuses and cooked your books.

YOU fucked off the hookah lounge.

Nobody else. Nothing else.

You fucked it off.

You've failed to learn anything dank.  Sad

You don't buy weed anymore because you can't afford it and you bum off of friends.  Once some nice investor gives you thousands of dollars, I think that will change.

Why do you get angry at my posts?

It could have happened by now, yes, but it hasn't.  That doesn't mean anything other than it hasn't happened.  This venture was not a failure in the slightest of ways.

I have read the advice people gave me and taken much away from it.  I have been looking into the advice, researching, and building a business plan since.  I do put effort into my work, you clearly don't think so though.

I've taught myself logic just fine, talking to people like you.  How would I smoke it all away if I don't even buy weed anymore?

You've failed to learn anything dank.  Sad

You don't buy weed anymore because you can't afford it and you bum off of friends.  Once some nice investor gives you thousands of dollars, I think that will change.
I don't buy weed anymore because I don't need to smoke all day, everyday.  Money is another factor for when I first took a break from smoking, but not the sole reason.  I found happiness in other things in life, that was enough for me.

Why do you get angry at my posts?

Because he volunteered his time and energy trying to help you, and you can't be bothered to TRY to learn a damn thing.

Would make any reasonable person angry.

All I'm saying is that mental disorders happen for a reason, drugs treat them, the soul can cure them.
All I'm saying is you're a babbling idiot when it comes to talking about mental disorders.

Quote
I have kept myself from trying to escape this reality, I think first hand experience counts for something.
I think my first-hand experiences with mental disorders trumps yours there, hero.

But both of our experiences are called "anecdotal evidence" which amounts to jack and shit as far as research is concerned.

Your insistence that mental disorders happen for a reason is more evidence that you believe in the Just World and really don't understand why things happen or how things are created to adjust for them. Throughout this entire thread, the one before it, and other threads you have started, we've seen you babble on about karma, about past lives, and fun stuff like that, which is all fine to pass the joint and discuss, or debate in philosophy class, but unless those theories are put in a definable framework of theory they're just things to discuss, not to base your life on.

First hand experience only counts for things if you LEARN FROM IT.

If you experience a plane crash, and managed to survive, but didn't really understand anything involved in it, then it was just something that happened to you. An interesting experience, for sure, and shows you're a lucky son of a bitch, but it didn't really increase your knowledge.

If the plane crash got you interested in avionics or air traffic safety or airline safety and security, you learned about it, and then applied to it, then it's a learning experience.

You need to learn the difference between just an experience and a learning experience.

Surely you understand that.

Christ, I keep telling you I'm not angry.

You're like that little kid who keeps getting told something over and over and still doesn't understand it. What are you, five?

It could have happened by now, yes, but it hasn't
And that's totally on you.

Not karma. Not that nobody is willing to believe in you.

It's all on you, baby.

That doesn't mean anything other than it hasn't happened.
It means you couldn't be arsed to get off your lazy ass, stop rubbing your face on your guitar strings, and actually do some goddamn work.

It means a LOT.

Yeah. It was. It was a failure in quite a few ways.

From what you've posted on this forum, and from your answers to questions, all you've really fucking done is cook your books to give yourself more and more profits.

Can you answer ANY of the questions from the beginning of this thread?

To me, a reasonable person would not get upset over what someone else (let alone someone else on the internet) thinks or says.

Monster, I've gained quite a bit of advice from this thread.  To me, that is a success.
