Hey

I want to buy a US Bank Account with internet access. The account must have high limits on deposits and bank transfers. The account must be able to send transfers from the internet account.

I don't think anyone would risk it to be honest. If anything were to happen to the account , then the account holder is gonna have a very bad credit rating / issue. Especially when it comes to buying / selling bitcoins via bank account transfer.

You know that would require SSN among other HIGHLY IDENTIFYING information for which seems to be planned in the use of a hair-brained money laundering scheme you're trying to cook up, at best?

They likely require some kind of information too. If he uses it for something illegal then it would cause trouble for the account buyer.
