On many fiat sportsbooks you have the option to cash out your bet during an event based on the current odds; are there any BTC based sites that offer this?

I think you misunderstood my question; I'm referring to cashing out a bet while the match is on progress based on the current odds, so the bet will settle at that time regardless of the final market outcome of said event.

I know bet365 and betfair have this service, checking to see if anything similar exists in the bitcoin world as well.

Haven't heard of this on any Bitcoin site.

How does  exactly it works?

The odds are fixed before the match, as far I know.

How is the adjustment made during the match?

Never heard of live betting? Open a random live game @bet365 and you will have an idea about the odds adjustments during a match

Wouldn't a sports book lose their ass if they allowed this service? Seems like it would be great service for the betters but the sports book would be outta business in a month.

The whole point of making a bet is gambling one team or the other and awaiting the outcome IMO.

Not really, say if yu bet on a game for Over 2.5 goals at odds 1.5 . After 2 goals have been scored , and you try cashing out, you won't really get such good odds to cashout as. Its just maths for them , They adjust the odds live as well .
There is not Bitcoin accepting sportsbook which allows these kinds of bets. However the only thing you can do is, deposit on Neteller through BTC and go ahead and play on Bet365 to use the service. But its not possible to withdraw to BTC after that.

But if at 80' the score is 0-0 you'll get a really big reward and you won't lose.

And a player could always bet under 2.5 and always chooses to cancel the bet if 2 goals are scored. He would never lose.
