They are going for 425+ on ebay right now.

It's currently Jailbroken and can be delivered jailbroken or Stock.

Its currently running IOS 5.1.1, but depending on IOS6 Release date it could have IOS6.

My phone is currently LOCKED, and I will submit a request for it to be unlocked by AT&T.

Yea I got an email saying there was an error with the unlock, called up at&t and bitched and they processed the unlock while i waited on the phone.

But yeah.. honestly after their dumb lawsuits about patents "rectangilar woth round corners" and "applivation organozed on grid"... I lost some respect.... I lost the rest when the once a year phone they released is being released with the same technologies other phones had  last year...

I'm surprised that it went for so low, I really should have sold last week.
an auction 10-20 mins before mine went for alot higher same model.

The Unlocked model should go for $100 more than the locked model.

oh well not going to kill me since its really semi-free money.

Iphone 5 16gb will 199+tax so around 250-260 with tax. you get taxed on the REAL price 599.

So i made $100 minus the fees selling my used cell phone and get a free upgrade.
