Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

i have more then 11.000 circuits but trader lounge is still locked, is there anything that must be done?
I think you need to wait until the next wallet is released for the updated unlocking feature to work. Yea that's what they said, there will be a new wallet later this week.

Circuits will over 10 by this time tomorrow. Bittrex opening, few coins on exchange, most people holding tight and staking hard. Trolls also disappearing from thread. Everything is good!!

Hi Everyone
We have completed the analysis of the the coin supply with respect to the burns of both the unsold coins from ICO and the coins sold into the buy wall, also pledged to be burned. As promised, the minimum numbers needed for both Whale Lounge and Trader Lounge are being adjusted.
The adjustment will technically not take effect until the wallet update later this next week. However for everyone applying for Lounge access, please go by these new numbers when calculating which lounge you are qualifying for.
The levels are somewhat lower than before, both because of the reduced coin supply, but also because - after analyzing the distribution - we are aiming at an inclusive strategy for moving as many Circuits holders into one of the two lounges as possible.
The adjusted requirements for Whale Lounge and Trader Lounge are as follows:
Trader Lounge: 11,000 Circuits Whale Lounge: 32,500 Circuits
If you have not already sent in your registration, please do so, with qualifying address holding the required amount of coins for the desired Lounge level.
CC
Great news. By my math that's about 0.5% for the Traders and 1.5% for the Whales. Its much more realistic then the 1% and 3% respectively that it was set at. Are we still expecting an announcement tomorrow about the bittrex listing? Nice. Puts me in reach of Whale Lounge. Good move devs. Makes the coin more inclusive and more social on the Trader's Lounge, and will lead to better diversity and more interesting financial opportunities in the Whale Lounge. Just to bump the question previously asked: possible to switch over to disposable mail addresses once the Slack is set up? I believe that will lead to a much better situation, privacy wise.

+1 Personally I believe there is much more to be made by accumulating and taking a strong postion in the Whale Lounge the selling off coins for short term gains, but is pretty obvious we are heading for a price spike and perhaps 2x - 3x in the next days after Bittrex begins. And some people will sell some coins. That's ok, we will be building a new floor and getting a broader distribution across different coin communities. So Win - Win all around.

Pretty much a risk you take with any ICO coin. I think you have to do your research and make up your mind. For me, I see working tech and some pretty smart moves by the devs in how they are settting things up just right - reducing the coin supply, smooth vDPOS launch (so far) and Bittrex adding tomorrow. They are delivering everything they said they would.

I have one question, and trust me, I am not trying to FUD. I just feel concerned:
How can we be sure that the ICO was legit and the devs didnt buy themselves their coins to later dump them on us even below ICO price (since those would be free coins for them) ?
Stop fudding! We want moon, no dump

https://c-cex.com/?id=icoAND THE BEST ANSWER IS: You know because you would have read the TERMS of SERVICE for a ICO OFFER and know that the exchange has rules for ICO offers and a reputation,. They would have to be in collusion with CIRCUITS devs to do such a thing and they would NOT do that anymore than you local bank would collude with you against their customers or Board or Directors. Read -- Research -- Common Sense is the answer..

Now the ICO funds have been released, I can confidently post in this thread knowing the dev will never return.
Do I smell a small wager here? I am available for escrow on this bet. Muddafudda, your statement is challenged. Just bought 6000. I guess the challenge is accepted. Instead of wagering against you I wager against the coin. The coin goes up, I was wrong, I profit. The coin goes down, I was right but I lose. This is a more fun wager. GL to the Circuits team.

Read -- Research -- Common Sense is the answer.. Well, I am sorry to tell you this: I have seen plenty of C-Cex ICOs where the dev was a scammer, bought his own coins, dumped them and left (Stealth Cash). EDIT: My buy orders just got filled. Good luck to the devs I believe someone asked for some quality FUD ? Delivered ! I didn't asks for it but Thanks! Looks like I made the trader level after all. Next stop whale level...
