i want to buy a site like BitVisitor ect. for a cheap price and look up for a loan/investion.
I try BTCjam, but it's clear no chance as newbe.

The offer is time limited, so i just try to find fast one or more investors.

Furthermore i got a Blog www.pluswissen.com that values around 1-2 K$ (got an offer beginning this year).

I'm sorry but you won't get a loan without a collateral with your current status as a newbie. collateral is something that the lender can sell for 120% (ish) of the amount of your loan just in case you decide to default on your loan. your personal information just won't cut it.

someone might accept it if you give your blog as a collateral though. but I'm not really sure because I haven't seen any loan with a site as a collateral.

I think there is no way to get a loan like that as a newbie over here, or you have to hand over valid (and usefull) collateral to a trusted escrow. Your website is not a valid collateral; you want to hand it over to an escrow? Should the escrow sell the website by himself in order to pay the one who hands you the BTC? What if he can't sell the website for even a $100?

I think even much smaller loans like 0.05 BTC will be hard without valid collateral.

So, I think it's better for you to find other ways to loan the required amount of money. Friends, family or, in the end, banks.

8BTC is already a large amount and it's hard to get this amount around here with your current status. Hell even hero members will have a hard time getting this amount. What I'm saying is that you should go for a bank. And why not go for a bank anyway? They're a good place to start. Or if not, look for a joint venture on your local business clubs.

Trying to find investors without some proof about expected income etc is really hard. I think you can better go for a loan in your situation. You may want to choose a loan for for example 5 years. However, please calculate how much this is going to cost your (principal + a hell of an interest probably).

If you really want to find investors, I think you have to look for them in your close area. Family members, relatives etc.

I will buy a site (let us named it BuyMe.com) for around 8 BTC (its all fixed and the owner is just waiting).
So if i buy it from the loan, i have a site with a value. If u want u can give it the half value of the Buying amouth (whats wrong, but ok) - 4BTC

Then i offer my Blog with a value of 1-2k$ - lets say again the lowest level - 1000$

At all i give a minimum collateral of 4BTC and 1000$.

Why don't you simply use BTCJam as you said ? because I didn't understand the "I'am a newbie" part , there is no such a thing on BTCJam , I see some contradictions because you also said "Sure i would give any informations for security u want." and those informations are exactly the one you should give to get a loan on BTCJam .

Why don't you simply use BTCJam as you said ? because I didn't understand the "I'am a newbie" part , there is no such a thing on BTCJam , I see some contradictions because you also said "Sure i would give any informations for security u want." and those informations are exactly the one you should give to get a loan on BTCJam .
